Championing beauty and strength through the MUPH-Cebu pageant

-

The first Miss Universe Philippines-Cebu featuring 19 municipalities and cities declared seven winners from Cebu City North, Bantayan Island, Talisay City, Minglanilla, Lapu-lapu City, Carcar City, and San Fernando.

Multi-awarded real estate developer, Contempo Property Holdings Inc. championed the beauty and strength of Cebu by supporting the inaugural pageant.

As the grand prize, Miss Universe Philippines Cebu 2024 Kris Tiffany Janson received one unit from Sweetberries Community, a project of CPHI’s affiliate company, Sunberry Homes Inc. The 3.6-hectare residential project in Cambuhawe, Balamban features a one-story townhouse with environment-friendly features and familycentered amenities.

Miss Universe Philippines Cebu Tourism 2024 Juvel Mangubat Ducay, meanwhile, received a one-year stay at Bamboo Bay Community, CPHI’s flagship project consisting of three-tower condominiums with resort-style amenities. The condo borders Cebu City and Mandaue City and highly accessible to malls and other commercial establishments.

“Miss Universe Philippines Cebu is a creative way of showcasing Cebu’s vibrant culture and dynamic community. We are happy to support this cause to boost the province’s tourism efforts and attract local and international travelers,” said President and CEO Beverly Dayanan.

“Our projects are expressions of our Cebuano pride, intricately designed to preserve the beauty of Cebu’s heritage. They reflect our resilience and warmth as Cebuanos, and bayanihan spirit in uncertain times.”

Currently expanding in Liloan, CPHI invites families to invest in a future-ready home at Ashana Coast Residences, centered on the comforts of coastal living.

“A testament to our ability to rise above challenges, Ashana features well-designed spaces attuned to the post-pandemic, better normal, embracing the stay-at-home lifestyle amid natural surroundings. The exclusivity of only 128 households continues to redefine what it means to be in a home, mirroring the closely-knit, vibrant community of Cebu,” Dayanan added.

“In the same way, Bamboo Bay seamlessly blends the contemporary with the timeless, curating a place for life’s best moments. Our unique garden units, with balconies for small edible or fruit gardens, pay homage to our agricultural roots and remind us of the sustainable practices that have been our heritage.”
