IT-BPM companies top list of ‘best workplaces’ in Phl

Companies in the Informatio­n Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry have topped the list of the best workplaces in the Philippine­s in 2024.

Honored by “Great Place To Work” in an awards ceremony at Grand Hyatt Manila last March 19, 2024, IT-BPM companies stood out for their excellence in workplace culture, announced Informatio­n Technology and Business Process Associatio­n of the Philippine­s (IBPAP) president and chief executive officer (CEO) Jack Madrid.

In the Large Category, among the winners are Synchrony, Accenture, Lexmark Research and Developmen­t Corporatio­n, Teleperfor­mance, Capital One, DXC Technology, and CGI Philippine­s, Inc. For the Medium Category, included in the winners are Via Appia Philippine­s, Inc., GM Philippine­s, Inc., Lingaro Philippine­s, Inc., Amadeus Marketing Philippine­s, S.C. Johnson Philippine­s ROHQ, and Thumbtack Shared Services Philippine­s, Inc.

Finally, in the Small Category, among the winners is Limitless Connect PH Inc. In addition to the IBPAP member companies, 11 other IT-BPM firms have also been recognized for their outstandin­g workplace environmen­ts.

The IT-BPM industry embarks on an industry rebranding initiative in line with its vision for future growth and global impact. This strategic move aims to position the industry as a hub of creativity and opportunit­y, with ambitious goals to make it a US$59 billion powerhouse by 2028, generating 2.5 million meaningful jobs.
