Cebu Mitsumi gets top awards

PAG- IBIG FUND has recently awarded manufacturing company Cebu Mitsumi Inc. ( CMI) based in Danao City for being the No. 1 Private Employer in Visayas and Mindanao in terms of members' savings remittance and for being one of the top five employers with the most number of employees who have availed of Pag- IBIG's Loyalty Card.

PAG- IBIG is the acronym for Pagtutulungan sa Kinabukasan: Ikaw, Bangko, Industria at Gobyerno.

According to Dale Mark Antonio, Pag- IBIG Fund’s SMS and Head of Frontline Services in Mandaue City, the two awards were given to CMI by Victoria de la Peña, Pag- IBIG Vice President of Member Services Branch Operations for Visayas and Mindanao, and Engr. Sulpicio Villegas, who heads the North Central and Eastern Visayas Area.

The awards were received by CMI General Manager Takeshi Naito and Atty. Januario Seno, Jr , Di- rector and Corporate Secretary.

“We will continue to work together with our top employers with the aim of bringing the services of Pag- IBIG Fund closer to the members. In fact, we are already finalizing the upgrading of the Danao Service Office to a full branch with a corresponding manpower complement to serve the members of Danao City and its surrounding areas,” De la Peña said.
