Indulge in a leisurely Saturday brunch with soothing jazz as your musical backdrop. Set in the luxurious resonance of an art deco 1940’s Parisian-style bar, enjoy a gastronomi­c voyage of scrumptiou­s specialtie­s with featured wine flight.

The Saturday Brunch at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza features a choice of Filipino, American or French set menus from noon to 4 p.m. inclusive of wine flight or sparkling flight (3 glasses of 3 cl white, rose and red or 3 types of sparkling wine) or three non-alcoholic beverages such as mocktails and juices.

Those craving for Filipino food have a choice of tapa, tocino or longganisa, garlic rice, pickled papaya, salted egg and tomato salsa, pan de sal with kesong puti, champorado, bibingka, ensyamada, puto, fresh fruit platter and ending with tsokolate tableya or salabat. The American Set menu gives one a choice of two eggs with bacon, sausage, hash browns, mixed green salad, classic pancakes, oatmeal, fresh fruit platter and orange juice or coffee. The French set menu offers omelette

du jour, potatoes lyonnaise, croque mon- sieur, grilled ham & cheese sandwich, yoghurt parfait, cheese and cold cuts platter, Viennoisse­ries, fresh fruit platter and orange juice or coffee.

Filipino Set Menu is at P1,800 +++, American Set Menu is at P1,580+++ and French Set Menu P2,100+++.
