I have thick eyebrows and a faint mustache. I also do not know how to wear a mid-length black skirt. I am used to skinny cuts and short skirts.

Please maintain your thick eyebrows. Just have them shaped professionally (I
have mine done at Hairworks Salon). Don’t opt for a very thin line, it will add years to your face. Thicker eyebrows are always more youthful.
As for the fine hair on your upper lip, you may have it threaded, or you can do laser treatments. The former will require maintenance while the latter will have more lasting results in the long run.
A mid-length black skirt is a classic. You can wear it with a soft blouse and kitten heels or low-heeled pumps. Bright lips. Nice hair. It’s okay to be partial to skinny cuts and short skirts but try to wear something else sometimes. You would not want to look the same all the time.
