Piolo-Sarah starrer tonight on Cinema One

Tonight at 8, have a date with Cinema One’s Sunday Blockbusters for the premiere TV screening of The Breakup Playlist, produced by Star Cinema and Viva Films.

The romantic drama film, starring Piolo Pascual and Sarah Geronimo (photo), is written by Antoinette Jadaone and directed by her real beau Dan Villegas. Law student Trixie (Sarah) and musician Gino (Piolo) whose paths cross because of their love for music. The two collaborate on a song and develop feelings for each other which eventually work for and against them.

The film was shown in just 180 cinemas nationwide but bested other international films on its first day open- ing gross with P15M. Thanks to positive reviews, it was shown in more than 200 cinemas nationwide on its second day.
