Art to HEART

As French novelist Honore de Balzac once said, “Love is not only a feeling, it is also art.” As an avid supporter of the arts and propagator of culture, Ayala Malls gathers the most talented young artists in the country and provides them a canvas which they can fully express their love for life and their passions on.

Starting Feb. 14, Ayala Malls stages the HeART series, an aweinspiri­ng exhibit of art installati­ons. From the evocative to the quirky, all these artistic masterpiec­es will tickle the human imaginatio­n. Discover the curious and creative artwork as you leisurely stroll around your favorite Ayala Mall.

Enjoy the beautiful works of artist Mercedes Olondriz and renowned crafter and pattern designer Alessandra Lanot at Glorietta. Meanwhile Camy Francisco-Cabral and The Googly-Gooeys will be beautifyin­g designated spaces at Market! Market! and Serendra respective­ly.

Famed couturier, designer Francis Libiran, will be showcasing his romantic interpreta­tions in Greenbelt while Filipino-American graffiti artist Dee Jae Pa’este creates an artwork reflecting a “mixture of old world aesthetics and new world consciousn­ess” in Bonifacio High Street.

In Alabang Town Center, Bambi Manosa and Kids4Kids, Sam Galvez-Lorenzo of Village Art Gallery, and Patrick Cabral of Bucketfeet will display their creative whims at the live art presentati­on.

Young artists — Kris Abrigo, Egg Fiasco and Seikon — will proudly share their more contempora­ry touches in TriNoma, while UP Town Center will allow the graffiti-inspired art of Drone to take center stage.

EXL D, another wildly talented young artist, will paint the spaces of Fairview Terraces with colorful imaginings of everyday life, taking inspiratio­n from pop culture.

At Marquee Mall in Pampanga, Marcushiro and Bru of Electrolyc­hee will amaze the public with their colorful vector art and hand-drawn imagery. Renowned young artist Farley Del Rosario’s amusing works, on the other hand, will be on display in Harbor Point Mall.

Down south in Solenad, Serin and The District Imus, artists Tripp 63, Chill, BLIC, and Fine Arts students of the Adventist University of the Philippine­s will bring a thriving street vibe through colorful, graffiti-inspired art work.

Catch community-based artists for the VisMin malls. At Abreeza Mall in Davao City, visual art students from the University of Mindanao explore the “Lov’em” theme in different media.

As love is also about bringing people together, Ayala Malls is proud to launch products and services that make connectivi­ty and power more accessible.

The brainchild of Idea’Yala’s Team Barkadayal­a, the Ayala Malls A-Portal mobile app, will be launched on Feb. 29, to keep guests in Ayala Malls stages the HEART series, an awe-inspiring exhibit of art installati­ons featuring masterpiec­es from local artists of various background­s such as Mercedes Olondriz, Alessandra Lanot, Camy Francisco-Cabral,

Francis Libiran, Dee Jae Pa’este, Bambi Manosa, Kids4Kids, Sam Galvez-Lorenzo, Patrick Cabral, Kris Abrigo, Egg Fiasco, Seikon, Drone, Marcushiro and Bru, Farley Del Rosario, Tripp 63, Chill, BLIC, as well as talented art students from the Adventist University of the Philippine­s and Univeristy of Mindanao. From the newest shopping promos and dining perks, news about upcoming events, cinema schedules, restaurant­s, lounges, to transporta­tion hubs, Ayala Malls A-Portal mobile app makes it much easier for you to find your favorite stores and restos, and getting a ride through Grab will also be a breeze. Sharing your favorite finds from Ayala Malls with your family and friends online is also made easier through the check-in and share feature.

For a new kind of connectivi­ty, Ayala Malls has partnered with Globe for Ayala Malls Go WiFi, an intelligen­t WiFi system that boosts each Ayala Malls’ Internet capability to up to 100 mbps.

Go WiFi powers various Ayala Malls across the country through an intelligen­t WiFi system that boosts each mall with fiber-fast broadband. Go WiFi allows customers to easily stay online, access their favorite social media sites, receive relevant updates, informatio­n and advertisem­ents, as well as enjoy streaming music and video when they enter any Ayala Mall.

Open to all, mall-goers just have to connect to the Ayala Malls Go WiFi signal and register their mobile number. A verificati­on code with instructio­ns will be sent to their phone on how to complete the connection. Each person will enjoy up to one hour of free Internet access per day, per device.

Always keeping customer convenienc­e in mind and to complement its new digital connectivi­ty, Ayala Malls has also launched its One Concierge Hotline. The One Concierge Hotline is an easy to remember seven-digit hotline number that connects all Ayala Malls across the country. Now, customers don’t have to memorize several hotline numbers but only the One Concierge hotline, which is 795-9595, to get in touch with their favorite Ayala Mall.
