PETA’s top 10 vegan chocolate desserts

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) recently named its top 10 chocolate desserts. Approximat­ely, 90-percent of Filipinos are lactose-intolerant, meaning that their bodies cannot break down the sugar in milk, resulting in acne, cramps, bloating and diarrhea. The desserts are not only cruelty-free but also safe for those with lactose intoleranc­e to consume.
