Nuvali recognized as model city for sustainable resource mngm’t
Ayala Land’s Nuvali was recently recognized by the “Integrated Resource Management in Asian Cities: the Urban Nexus” project as a quality model for urban planning and sustainable resource management. Nuvali’s approach to urban living, which involves sustainability, economic prosperity, and community-building has made it into a major growth center demonstrating the “urban nexus” approach in the CALABARZON region. The Urban Nexus project seeks to foster sustainable urban development by embedding resource management policies at the national and global levels. The project is headed by the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ) in partnership with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) and the ICLEI Local Government for Sustainability. Nuvali is Ayala Land’s flagship eco-community and its largest development to date at 2,290 hectares, straddling the cities of Santa Rosa, Calamba and Cabuyao in Laguna.

After being remiss on house payments due to tuition payments of her nine children, Padpad tapped the help of a BFS account specialist. BFS has committed to offering Balikatan borrowers with different financial options to avoid foreclosure. These include basing resolution amounts on current appraised values instead of outstanding principal balance, and partially condoning of penalties and interest. BFS HELPS SECURE HOME TITLE:
