From a small office in the corner of the newsroom, Amy Pamintuan decides tomorrow’s headline with her team of editors. The daily grind never wears off its challenge. Chasing deadlines on a daily basis, she shares her driving force is the thought that she can do better by working hard.

“You’re never too old to learn and be a better person,” she advises. The best part about her job? “It’s the ability of mass media to effect change and make the country a better place, without resorting to sensationalism,” she emphasizes.
