GHIBLI RANGE

The Ghibli’s sensuous curved lines, punctuated with an aggressive grill and bold triple vents, illustrate the car’s unique marriage of elegance and sports car verve. The Ghibli has Maserati’s distinctiv­e C-pillar, which delivers much of the car’s coupé-like stance and carries the classic trident logo, carrying on a tradition dating back to 1963.

The all-wheel drive Ghibli S Q4 has a 410hp twin-turbo V6 and mixes a top speed of 284 kph and a 4.8-second run from 0 to 100 kph with the versatilit­y to deal with all kinds of road surfaces in all weather conditions.

The Ghibli range is completed by the entry-level petrol engine Ghibli with 330hp and 500Nm of torque from a twin-turbo V6 mated to an 8-speed automatic, the Ghibli S with 410hp and 550Nm from a twin-turbo V6 (also with an 8-speed automatic), and the Ghibli Diesel with 275hp and 580Nm (also with a twin-turbo V6 with 8-speed automatic).

QUATTROPOR­TE RANGE

The most powerful Maserati is the GTS version of the Quattropor­te super sedan, driven by a massive 530hp twin-turbo V8 with 650Nm of torque, propelling the car to 307kph and surging from 0 to 100 kph in a mere 4.7 seconds. Aside from the GTS badge at the rear, the car’s exterior features a front spoiler, side miniskirts and the lower band of the rear bumper colored to match the body, while the radiator grille has a glossy black surround. The front trident emblem in the middle of the grille, as well as the iconic “Saetta” logo on the rear pillar, includes the red striping typical of higher performanc­e versions.

Accompanyi­ng the immensely powerful Quattropor­te GTS is the Quattropor­te S Q4, which is powered by a 410hp Twin Turbo V6 equipped with an 8-speed automatic. Top speeds is at 283 kph with 0 to 100 kph in 4.9 seconds.

The Quattropor­te range is completed by the entry-level petrol-engine Quattropor­te with 330hp and 500Nm of torque twin-turbo V6 with 8-speed automatic and the Quattropor­te Diesel with 275hp and 600Nm of torque twinturbo V6, also with an 8-speed automatic.

EURO 6 engines have been introduced on the entire MY ’16 Maserati range, while Ghibli and Quattropor­te sedans are equipped with new and exclusive features, among which are Ermenegild­o Zegna interiors.
