PAWS, Pet Express hold Pet Blessing on Oct. 1

Celebrate the feast of St. Francis of Assisi on Oct. 1 at the annual Pet blessing organized by the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) and Pet Express. The event will be held at the Skydome of SM North Edsa.

Doors open at 3:30 p.m. with a fun program that starts at 5 p.m. and an inspirational concert featuring Sam Concepcion, Morisette Amon and other surprise guests.

A special Mass will be celebrated by Fr. Jose Antonio Paras at 6 p.m. with the grand blessing of the animals to follow immediately after.

The event sponsors include Pet One, Frontline Plus, McDonald’s, SM Skydome, Swell Sweets and the Philippine STAR Pet Life Section.
