DIVERSIFYING its range of products to widen its customer reach, Panasonic was excited to present its 2017 product lineup to the media last Wednesday, Feb. 15, at the Rizal Ballroom of the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.

Setting bullish targets on its 50th anniversary this 2017, Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corporation ( PMPC) aims to surpass previous milestones through its growing lineup of appliances that are perfect for every Filipino home.

Hosted by celebrity mom Christine Jacob, the event served as the perfect preview of what the public can expect from PMPC as it begins to roll out its latest products from its different lines — Panasonic Beauty, Panasonic Kitchen, refrigerators, air conditioners and washing machines.

“Our 50th year drives us to achieve more and be more as we continuously aim to be the innovator and leader in the industry where we operate,” said PMPC president Shinichi Hayashi.

He added, “We are inspired to meet the needs and demands of our market in the Philippines and they remain to be our motivation in creating products that would take part in making living easy and convenient for them.”

Thus, PMPC’s different group leaders were at the event to present the 2017 highlights from their respective product lines aside from having a grand product showcase for guests to better feel and experience the brand’s latest products.

Magical experience with nanoe

For Panasonic Beauty, the brand is proud to introduce its groundbreaking nanoe technology.

This technology is unique to Panasonic and was developed to produce nano-sized electrostatic atomized water particles. The process involves gathering moisture in the air that is otherwise invisible, and applying a high voltage to generate nano-sized water particles. This results to softer hair and smoother skin through regular use of Panasonic Beauty products like hair dryers, hair straighteners, hair stylers, eyelash curler, facial trimmer, facial cleanser, facial ionic steamer and pore cleanser. All of which are now available in the Philippines at very competitive price points.

Love to cook

For Panasonic Cooking, the brand encourages households to create healthier, more appetizing meals with the help of its high quality rice cookers, juicers, electric kettles, blenders, microwave ovens, coffee makers, sandwich makers, pop-up toasters and mixers.

Whatever meal or dish you have in mind, Panasonic Cooking’s complete lineup of kitchen appliances has products that will surely deliver.

Following these are three of Panasonic’s top product lines — refrigerators, air conditioners and washing machines.

By applying advanced Japanese technologies, Panasonic is able to truly make life better for consumers as they tirelessly find ways to improve on product quality. Starting with its refrigerators, Panasonic offers a 12- year warranty for its compressors, which are all manufactured inhouse and follow a long tradition of strict quality control. Hence, Panasonic has already sold 90 million refrigerators in Japan and around the world since the product was first introduced in 1953.

Through constant innovations (PrimeFresh Freezing, Econavi Intelligent Eco Sensors and Inverter), Panasonic refrigerators have been able to effectively address its target market’s needs. In line with this, PMPC will launch a series of local- made “Japan Quality” refrigerator models to commemorate its 50th anniversary in addition to the new models — Top Freezers, Bottom Freezers, and French door.

For its 2017/ 2018 air conditioners, Panasonic is proud to present its Elite Inverter Sky Series and New Premium Inverter Aero Series — which aren’t just efficient cooling appliances but also have aesthetically sound features. Making use of innovative technologies such as Skywing, Aerowings, Inverter and Nanoe- G, Panasonic air conditioners do more than just provide cool air, but also revolutionize how cool air is delivered, creating a living space that brings comfort while also taking care of one’s health and improving one’s way of life.

As for washing machines, Panasonic has developed beautifully designed products for a premium lifestyle. Aside from getting one’s clothing stunningly clean, these also work fast, so users are able to have more time to spend with their families. For its washing machines, Panasonic is proud to make use of the ActiveFoam System, Stain Master+, Inverter and Econavi technologies.

All three product lines are proud to have something attractive to offer for every price point, as Panasonic always keeps its customers’ needs and ultimate satisfaction top of mind.

Panasonic products boasts of features that are certified “Japan Quality,” which makes it durable and its quality, world class. Founded on September 14, 1967, PMPC primarily manufactures refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines and electric fans. The company has a wide base of sales, distribution and service centers strategically located at key municipalities, cities and provinces all over the Philippines.

“Our new commitment is to continuously contribute to society by realizing ‘easy living’ through ‘Japan Quality’ products for the next 50 years and beyond,” ends Hayashi.
