Southwoods Srs stakes Mirage G4 for hole in one

A brand- new Mitsubishi Mirage G4 GLS MT will be staked as hole-in-one prize in the ninth Manila Southwoods Seniors Invitational slated March 1 and 3 at the Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club’s Legends course in Carmona, Cavite.

A huge field is expected to vie for top honors in various divisions in the upcoming member-guest tournament for players 55-years-old-and-above.

Aside from the Mitsubishi car from Diamond Motor Corp. – up for grabs on No. 16 on March 3 – a Solar Water Heater from BMG Solar is also at stake on all par- 3s, according to the organizing Manila Southwoods Seniors headed by Paco Gonzalez.

A reconditioned E- Z- Go 4-seater golf cart, on the other hand, will be raffled off during awards rites of the event backed by year- round hole sponsors Brainmaster, Cran-UTI, Goutritis, Megafiber, Red Eagle Lending Investors, Corp., Romago, Inc. and San Miguel Purefoods.

The Scramble format will be used in the first day while play shifts to Aggregate in the final round, both via Stableford points, with the combined individual net scores of the member and his guest making up the total team score.

The field, to be arranged from the lowest to highest team handicaps, will be divided into three groups.
