Last day for entries in Kapatid Awards

The Employers Confederation of the Philippines (Ecop) said submission of applications for the Kapatiran sa Industriya Awards (Kapatid Awards) 2017 ends today, Feb. 28.

TheKap at id Awards is awarded to companies for achieving excellence in harmonious industrial relations, quality and productivity, social accountability and strategic visioning and job preservation.

The awarding of the Kapatid trophy and citations is one of the highlights of the 38th National Conference of Employers in May 2017.

The jurors this year are Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello, Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez, Thetis Mangahas, retired director of the International Labor Organization Asia-Pacific; George Barcelon, president, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and Arnel Dolendo, Philippine Transport and General Workers’ Organization.
