New hotel-resort in Bagac
Asian Grand Legacy Hotels Corp. (AGLHC) and Cresta De Oro Phil. Inc. have come together to develop a 4-star 120-room hotel and resort in Bagac, Bataan.
Named La Jolla, the resort is envisioned to form part of a mixed-use development, which will also feature residential lots, condominiums, a gated and exclusive community as well as an outdoor sports center.
AGLHC will work closely together with CDOPI to plan and develop the resort within the master plan, and is scheduled to take over management of the property from January 2018. This will be AGLHC’s second property under management in Bataan.
A mere two-and-a-halfhour drive from Manila, La Jolla is located in Sitio Ulingan, Bagac, in relatively close proximity to Las Casas Filipinas de Azucar and the Mount Samat national shrine and World War II museum.
The property comprises 120 guest rooms incorporat ed into oversized villas. Its 45-hectare grounds will contain a large free-form outdoor pool and landscaped gardens. The hotel will feature a coffeeshop, dining hall and pool bar and grill, banqueting and meeting spaces. Additional facilities include a spa, tennis courts and a sports and fitness center.
