Teleperformance, the worldwide leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management services, recently launched its Leadership Development Center (LDC) at Teleperformance Aura in Taguig City.

Located at the 12th floor of the SM Aura Office Tower along McKinley Parkway, Taguig City, the LDC will serve as a training center for the professional development of Teleperformance Philippines employees.

With close to 40,000 employees, Teleperformance Philippines heavily invests in the career growth of its people. Through the LDC, employees will have access to a learning hub where they can hone their talents and capabilities as they take on more challenging roles in the company.

The LDC is fully equipped to meet the learning needs of employees. It features a training room, an e-learning center, a mini library and a spacious lounge, complete with audiovisual equipment and telecommunication tools, which can be utilized by employees completing their training programs at the LDC.

Teleperformance Philippines Managing Director Travis Coates led the launching of the LDC. He was joined by Senior Vice President for Human Capital Resource Management Jeffrey Johnson and Director for Learning and Development Olive Ybañez.

“We welcome everyone at Teleperformance to take advantage of the various learning opportunities that are made available to them. I look forward to the lessons that we will learn here, which we can apply back within our respective divisions in order to meet the increasing needs of our business and the BPO industry as a whole,” Coates shared during the opening ceremony.

The Leadership Development Center at Teleperformance Aura is the newest facility dedicated for learning and training. Teleperformance aims to establish more LDCs in other sites in the future to complement its existing learning and development programs.
