Compliance guide seminar on Data Privacy Act set
Philippine companies are given until Sept. 9 to fully comply with the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Data Privacy Act or Republic Act No. 10173 or face sanctions and penalties which range from one to six years imprisonment, and a fine of not less than P500,000 and not more than P5 million, depending on the violation.
