Conrad’s China Blue cops World Luxury Restaurant award

Conrad Manila’s premiere Chinese restaurant, China Blue by Jereme Leung, was recently hailed as the Global Winner-Chinese Cuisine at the 2017 World Luxury Restaurant Awards.

Presenting a modern interpreta­tion of traditiona­l and provincial Chinese cuisine, China Blue by Jereme Leung is helmed by Hong Kongborn celebrity chef Jereme Leung and Conrad Manila’s executive Chinese chef Eng Yew Khor.

The restaurant aims to further elevate the local dining experience to new heights with tastefully authentic dishes coupled with plush modern interiors and panoramic views of the bay.

Votes are mainly from guests, industry profession­als both local and foreign and screened by a select panel of some of the industry’s best minds.
