11 drug suspects nabbed in Rizal

Eleven persons have been arrested in separate anti-drug operations in Rizal province in the past two days.

Christian Petris, Christian Apuli and Manuel Inonog were collared during a sting in Barangay San Andres, Cainta at around 12:45 a.m. yesterday.

The suspects allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover agent and yielded nine more when frisked, police said.

On Friday morning, three persons including a 14-year-old girl were arrested after they were allegedly caught in a drug session in Barangay Libid, Binangonan.

Roger Llais, Joey Pacia and the minor reportedly yielded a plastic sachet said to contain shabu and drug parapherna­lia.

Meanwhile, Erwin Burbos, Rolando Macaraig and Arnulo Navarro were arrested in another sting in nearby Barangay Pantok.

Police said they seized from the suspects three plastic sachets said to contain shabu, P300 cash, drug parapherna­lia and P200 marked money.

In Angono, police accosted Armando Diaz for alarm and scandal at around 10 p.m. in Barangay San Roque.

Police said they seized from Diaz a plastic sachet said to contain shabu.

In Taytay, Jayson Morales was arrested after he reportedly sold a sachet of shabu worth P200 to an undercover agent in Barangay Sta. Ana.

Police said they seized from Morales two more sachets of shabu and drug parapherna­lia.
