Happiness Ramen at Hanamaruken

-

Han a ma ru ken isa ram enchain from Osaka, Japan. It is one of Tasteless Group’s “imports” and is famous for its Happiness Ram en, created by the family that owns the chain. Hanamaruken uses a specific cut of the soft bone meat in its signature ramen varieties, while also serving rice bowls and other Japanese food favorites unmatched in quality and flavor.

New on the menu are the Bacon, Tomato and Egg Soba, bouncy noodles served sans the broth but tossed in a savory tomato oil, house tare, and seasonings, accompanied by generous amounts of thick-cut smoky bacon, tomato confit, and a gloriously runny poached egg. Try the Hiyashi Ebi with Soy Sesame Dressing, chilled noodles dressed in a soy yuzu sauce with a hint of spice, speckled with cool cucumber for added crunch and topped with succulent, blanched tiger prawns. The Ebi Ramen noodles are soaked in creamy prawn broth, briny and full of shellfish flavor, and crowned with sweet, juicy, pan-seared tiger prawns and aji tamago. The classic Oyakodon is made with chicken diced and simmered in house-made sweetened and thickened soy sauce, tare, and a sous-vide egg, served on top of fluffy Japanese short-grain rice.

Hanamaruken is located at 2F, North Triangle, TriNoma, Quezon City; The Grove by Rockwell on E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Ugong, Pasig City and 2nd floor, Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City.
