Cebu City’s most avid food enthusiasts enjoyed a gastronomic adventure as Marco Polo Plaza Cebu (MPPC) recently held Sabores de España, an annual celebration of the best of Spanish cuisine. Led by MPPC general manager Brian Connelly and Cebu’s authority on Spanish cuisine Gema Pido, the festivities were held at the hotel’s top-quality signature outlet Café Marco. The fivestar hotel’s team of culinary experts whipped up a delectable spread of Spanish dishes including
jamon serrano, paella, fabadas, lengua estofado and assorted tapas, delighting the foodies in attendance. It is true what they say in Spain: good food is a way of life!
