Six-day makeover by Foilacar

FOILACAR Industries, the company which innovated car paint protection and preservation, is set to carve inroads into the local market with its latest automotive protection system. Dubbed as FoilaPaint, this paint procedure is a total makeover of the car in any color in just six days.

This is made possible by Foilacar’s GlossFx controlled environment paint system. The GlossFX is a big oven designed to dry out any foil on cars in 30 minutes. This procedure fasttracks car foiling technology, whose drying time usually takes a day to dry out. “This machine enables us to paint anything from the car exterior, down to interior pieces for our Foilainterior Division. The technology involves diesel combustion which is utilized for heating the oven in a safe and environment-friendly manner,” adds Foilacar Industries chief financial officer Jan Vincent Mercado.

This multi-million oven technology also enables us to finish more cars. Unlike before due to the drying time, our output is limited. Now with GlossFX, we can dry out five to eight cars a day,” explains Foilacar Industries president Lester Codog.

As car guys, we all love the concept of temporarily changing the color of your car, wheels and other accessories. We did that with Foilacar, although when it came to wheels and other body panels like the grille of a car or SUV, the foil wrapping is a bit tedious and time consuming. We were searching for a technology that would provide ease of use and offer the same protection and visual appeal of the vinyl wrap,” adds Codog.
