Marian Rivera successfully headlined another mostwatched series in Philippine TV and her fans’ days won’t be complete without seeing her in her new superhero role on GMA 7’s Super Ma’am.

But for Marian, playing Super Ma’am helps her reach out to a whole new generation of audience, “I love playing Super Ma’am, and being a superhero is not a joke, it’s a big responsibility. I have to watch everything I do, because of all the kids who are watching, even my own daughter Zia. Si Zia pag nanunuod s’ya sinasabi n’ya Super Ma’am, mama, mama,” said Marian during a recent set visit in Quezon City.

As an actress, Marian has played many roles. But according to her, the greatest and most fulfilling role is being a mother to her twoyear-old daughter and wife to Dingdong Dantes.

“I’m more excited about the idea that I’ll be able to watch Zia grow up and our future son, dahil sana boy na next time. I find much joy in cooking for my family and close friends, especially sa asawa ko. I find joy in giving Zia a bath, sabay kami naliligo at gustong-gusto n’yang gamitin ang hair blower after bath (while showing a video of their mother-and-daughter bonding in the bathroom). Kailangan gampanan ko ang papel ko bilang asawa at ina no matter how busy I can get,” shared Marian. The Kapuso Network shared that Super Ma’am landed on the 10th

spot of the Social Wit List for the month of September. During its premiere, the fantasy series generated 33,000

Facebook and Twitter comments with netizens worldwide buzzing about #MarianRivera #GreatActionScenes

#Entertaining and #Applause. Marian also shared that she recently scored an endorsement contract with SM Kultura Filipino Store, “Lahat

makikita n’yo sa Kultura from fashion, home decor and souvenirs. Itong suot kong sandals? Galing sa Kultura,” ended Marian.

Also seen during the set visit were co-stars Helen Gamboa-Sotto, Al Tantay, Jackielou Blanco and Matthias Rhoads and director Lord Alvin Madridejos.

Super Ma’am airs weeknights after 24 Oras.
