Verdon Parc enjoying brisk sales in Davao City
DMCI Homes, the country's first quadruple A developer, has started selling the third building of its three-hectare Verdon Parc development in Davao City amid strong demand for its first foray into the Mindanao property market.
Verdon Parc's first two buildings, Martel and Belvedere, have been enjoying brisk sales prior to the start of the construction of the third building, Trevans, recently.
DMCI Homes' modern tropical themed-development had sold 72 percent of the 866 total unit inventory of the first two buildings before the construction of the 20-story Trevans building began late August.
"Verdon Parc's continuous sales success after the turnover of Martel in January has come as a surprise for us since we are basically new in the Davao property market," said Jan Venturanza, DMCI Homes assistant vice president for marketing.
"We, however, expect Verdon Parc's sales to continue to pick up as Davaoeños get to know DMCI Homes' brand of high quality, best value homes, and resort-inspired communities," he added.
Verdon Parc, located along Ecoland Drive corner Peacock Street in Davao City, already welcomed its first batch of unit owners with the turnover of its only mid-rise building, Martel, last January. The 20-story Belvedere, on the other hand, began construction in February 2016 and is set to be completed in March 2020.
Last May, DMCI Homes also inaugurated Verdon Parc's clubhouse and some of the amenities that include swimming pools, entertainment and game rooms, play areas and leisure zones which are all designed to create a haven of relaxation and comfort for Davaoeños.
Trevans' offerings include one-bedroom units which come at 28 square meters with prices starting at P2.5 million; and two-bedroom units which range from 51.50 to 76 sqm, with prices starting at P4.14 million.
Once completed in February 2021, Trevans, like Belvedere and the planned fourth building, Maurin, will have sky lounges designed to provide a perfect setting for appreciating the scenic and serene surroundings of Davao City that include the exhilarating views of Samal Island and Mt. Apo.
