Amaia Land invests P1.5 B in mid-rise Novaliches condo

-

Ayala unit Amaia Land is pouring in P1.5 billion to develop its newest residential product in a 20-hectare land in Novaliches, Quezon City.

Amaia Square Novaliches is the latest development among three product lines, which aims to provide convenience for unit owners to live and work in the same place, as the ground floor serves as a commercial space.

The two other developments are Amaia Steps Novaliches, a four-building mid-rise condominium ideal for homeowners seeking for a compact and low maintenance space, and Amaia Series Novaliches, a four- and six-unit townhouse perfect for small to growing families.

Located along Susana Road near the entrance of Amaia Nova Estate, Amaia Square Novaliches encompasses multipurpose shophouse units on the ground floor, with private residential units on the upper floor.

Remaining true to its commitment of providing quality yet affordable homes to Filipino families, Amaia Land’s latest development will make it convenient for entrepreneurs in the Novaliches Estate Community, as well as the 2,500 residents in Amaia Series Novaliches, to raise their families and handle their day-to-day operations with utmost efficiency.

This is because Amaia Square Novaliches features prime spaces that are master-planned with this concept in mind—the floors above the business area can be used for expansion or as private quarters for business.

Aspiring homeowners cum-entrepreneurs can choose from two- and three-story shophouse units that come with designated parking spaces, common parking lots and common comfort rooms, and a multipurpose deck.

A variety of services such as convenience stores, laundry shops, and food stores, among others, will likewise be on board.

Considering the aforementioned features, Amaia Square Novaliches offers tremendous potential for both startup and established businesses. Motorists and commuters can easily access it through the North Luzon Expressway, Mindanao Avenue, and Commonwealth Avenue. It is also close to transport hubs; buses, jeepneys, and tricycles abound in the area.

And for shopping and entertainment options, homeowners can head to nearby Fairview Terraces and Zabarte Town Center.
