Seminar on the changing property market to be held November

-

The changing property market demands and requires a certain way of developing and marketing real estate projects. Are you doing it right or are you still following the old and outdated sales and business model?

Find out at “The Property Market is Changing – Are you ready for the future” seminar to be held on Nov. 28, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Tower Club (Barossa and Tuscany Rooms) located on the 33rd floor of the Philamlife Tower along Paseo de Roxas in Makati.

While a changing property market presents countless opportunities, there are also danger signs that you must recognize. Real estate developers and stakeholders have to be more selective as macroeconomic factors, policy changes by the regulators and the oversupply of properties can bring about dramatic changes in the market forces.

Real estate consultant for strategy and policy Prof. Enrique Soriano III will share his expert knowledge on why adapting best practices can make you manage the rapidly changing landscape so you can make the right decisions and to accelerate your growth. As Dean of Real Estate, Soriano brings with him 30 years of experience in the property sector.

The seminar will open with a presentation of the state of the Asian property sector and its impact on Philippine real estate to be conducted by Claro Cordero, associate director and head of research, consulting and valuation at Jones Lang LaSalle Philippines Inc.

His talk will cover both the commercial industrial sector and the residential and hotel industry.

The early afternoon session will feature Engr. Dennis Morada, who will be discussing real estate development as being all about financial modeling and value creation and how one can optimize returns in a competitive market. He has been in the real estate industry for 20 years, specializing in business and project development. He is a civil engineer, real estate broker and appraiser by profession.

The P8,900 per participant seminar fee covers materials, snacks and lunch.

The seminar is organized in partnership with W+B Real Estate and Octopus Strategic Branding Inc.
