Tagalized Train To Busan tonight on GMA

As a special offering this Halloween, GMA Network presents the Philippine TV premiere of Train To Busan today at 3:30 p.m. on GMA Blockbusters.

Starring Coffee Prince’s Gong Yoo, Train To Busan will tell the story of a father named Seok-Woo who tries to reconnect with his daughter Soo-An (Kim Soo-An) by celebrating her birthday in Busan. However, tragedy joins the ride as a zombie outbreak reaches the passengers and one by one they either die or turn into zombies themselves. As the father and daughter tandem try to survive, they find in each other the lost connection they have been longing for. Will they make it to Busan together or will it be too late for them to start over?

Dennis Trillo will bring the Filipino flavor to the film as he was chosen as the voice actor for Gong Yoo’s character, Seok-Woo. He feels honored to be chosen for the project and admits that he is a fan of the blockbuster film.

“I’m happy to be given this kind of project. First time ko itong ginawa sa GMA at nagkataon pang isa ito sa mga paborito kong pelikula kaya very proud ako na ako yung nagbigay ng boses kay Gong Yoo,” shares Dennis.

Meanwhile, GMA Artist Center star Sofia Pablo feels happy to work with Dennis and considers it a dream come true. “Sobrang overwhelmed po ako na ako yung nagboses kay Soo-An. Matagal ko na pong gustong makatrabaho si Kuya Dennis, kaya masaya akong kahit voice acting ay magkasama kami rito,” the child star says.
