How to prepare winning bid documents
Early this year, the government released a new set of bidding documents to align with the new Procurement Law Implementing Rules and Regulations that took effect on Oct. 28, 2016.
To help those in the private sector who wants to participate in the bidding transactions with the government as well as assist public officials in understanding these changes, the Center for Global Best Practices is holding a two-day seminar entitled, “Best practices guide on how to prepare your bidding documents” to be held on Nov. 16 and 17, at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City.
This program is highly recommended for heads of procuring entities, bids and awards committees of national government agencies, local government units, GOCCs, BAC secretariat members, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and everyone who wants to participate in bidding for government projects. This seminar provides participants with a better understanding of the various provisions of the new Philippine bidding documents for the procurement of goods, infrastructure projects and consulting services.
