Man found dead in Kalinga

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan – The body of an unidentified man with stab and gunshot wounds was found in a grassy lot in Barangay Romualdez, Rizal, Kalinga at around noon on Friday.

The body was wrapped with packing tape while his hands and feet were tied with a length of rope.

Police said the victim could have been killed elsewhere.
