The story of Coral Swimwear began when two young women decided that there was room in the market for a new kind of swimwear. A kind that would be designed to enhance a woman’s best assets — and they weren’t referring to her curves.

Designed and produced in the Philippines, Coral Swimwear aspires to make a woman feel beautiful no matter what category her body shape falls under: slender or curvy, petite or statuesque.

How? By shifting the focus from body parts that normally attract a lot of attention towards the more essential aspects of what it means to be a woman.

Coral Swimwear believes a woman’s true beauty found beneath the surface.

In the authenticity of her actions, in the uniqueness of her personality, in her obvious and hidden talents, and in her ability to be a source of joy, serenity and strength to others wherever she goes.

“This is why we chose the name Coral Swimwear,” said founders Margaux Alampay and Patricia Gonzalez. “Corals are like the flowers of the sea. Each one is different with unique and special qualities that you need to dive deep to discover. Coral Swimwear believes that women are like that, too.”

“We decided to start the brand because we were looking for swimwear that was trendy yet tasteful,” they say.

The founders have high hopes for their brand. They hope to improve with each collection by constantly refining their designs to ensure that each piece truly reveals the wearer’s real beauty.

It is their ultimate dream that Coral Swimwear will encourage a new kind of empowerment for women — one that will be brought to life by a celebration of real beauty, one swimsuit at a time.
