Kapuso stars in Dinagyang
Kapusong Ilonggos are in for a wonderful treat this weekend as GMA Network, through GMA Regional TV, celebrates the colorful Dinagyang Festival until tomorrow, Jan. 28 by bringing some of its stars to Iloilo.
Kicking off the series of events were the stars of the upcoming GMA Telebabad offering Sherlock Jr. led by Ruru Madrid and Janine Gutierrez, who graced the Kapuso Fiesta yesterday at the Robinsons Place Iloilo. Also in the event were co-stars Andre Paras and Matt Evans. Sherlock Jr., which will premiere on Jan. 29, sees the reunion on the small screen of Ruru and Gabbi Garcia, along with an endearing dog named Serena. Janine makes a special guest participation in the series.
Tonight at 6, Ilonggos will be in for a sweet afternoon treat when they go to the Festive Walk Megaworld. BiGuel, Miguel Tanfelix and Bianca Umali, will spread love around during the Kapuso Mall Show. The love team headlines the primetime series Kambal, Karibal. At 11 p.m., Taste Buddies and All-Star
Videoke host Solenn Heussaff will also take part in the festival via the Kapuso
Meet and Greet at SM City Iloilo. The fun does not end here as the stars of the upcoming afternoon prime program Contessa join the annual cultural celebration tomorrow at 4 p.m. Contessa herself, Glaiza de Castro, will treat fans to a Kapuso Mall Show at SM City Iloilo with Lauren Young and Jak Roberto.
Contessa is about a woman who seeks justice after being accused of a crime she did not commit.
