A manhunt has been launched for the three other suspects, Rosero said.

Police said they seized from the suspect a fan knife.

Paglinawan was turned over to the custody of the Cainta police.

His wife, Senior Police Officer 2 Mary Grace Senosin, vowed to pursue the charges against Paglinawan and the other suspects.
