Conrad Manila bags 18 awards in its 18 months operation
Conrad Manila business development director Michael Albaña announced the 18 awards bestowed the hotel for its 18 months of operation.
These awards include four from its pre-opening in 2016: Best Architectural Design, Philippines Property Awards; Best Hotel Development, Philippines Property Awards; Best Interior Design, Philippines Property Awards; 2017 Editor’s Choice: Best Venue in South East Asia, CEI Events Asia.
The other awards in 2017 include Best Convention Hotel; International Hotel Awards
Best Large Hotel, International Hotel Awards; Best Wedding Venue; International Hotel Awards; Best City Hotel; International Hotel Awards; LEED Gold Certification; and Best Suite with a View- Philippines -2017 ANC’s Executive Class Travel Awards. Continent Winner: Luxury Banquet/Event Hotel; World Luxury Hotel Awards; and Continent Winner: Luxury Gourmet Hotel - World Luxury Hotel Awards.
Four awards were reaped in January 2018: ASEAN Green Hotel Award;
ASEAN Mice Hotel; Five Star Hotel–Department of Tourism; and Top 20 Restaurants–Tatler Dining 2018.
Albaña has been a core contributor in steering the strong performance of Conrad Manila since he joined in January 2017, leaning on his over 20 years experience in upscale hotel chains, including a city resort hotel in Metro Manila, where he was last posted.
