Hitachi launches aircon that purifies air

Gearing more toward healthier and environmen­tfriendly air-conditioni­ng products, Johnson Controls - Hitachi Air Conditioni­ng Phils. Inc. (Hitachi) recently unveiled its new line of offerings at the 2018 Dealers’ Convention at SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

Hi-Luxe Split Type with Full DC Inverter Technology, regarded as the brand’s most advanced air-conditioni­ng system, features Nano Silver technology, Photocatal­yst and PM 2.5 filters, and anti- mold and cleaning functions, on top of having a new energy-saving compressor from Japan.

“We will continue to improve and strengthen our services,” Hitachi chairman Hidenori Yokoyama said.

The company targets to grow by 10 percent this year, even more surpass its sevenperce­nt growth in 2017.

Dealers who topped sales performanc­e for the fiscal year of October 2016 to September 2017 were also awarded during the event.
