To make meetings more efficient and their outcomes effective, the Center for Global Best Practices will hold a special program titled, “Masterclas­s on Writing Minutes of Meetings” on April 24, 2018 at the Bellevue Hotel, Muntinlupa City.

This pioneering program will teach the best practices in minutes taking and provide vital informatio­n on the legal guidelines and regulation­s on meetings mandated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. This program is for members of the board, directors, corporate secretarie­s, management committees, minute takers and anyone who would like to document and to formalize their meetings. Modules include a step-by-step guide in preparatio­n for the meeting, during and after the meeting. This is the only program guaranteed to cultivate a culture of effectiven­ess and efficiency and fitted to any kind of workplace.
