Special training program for corporate secretaries

This special program will feature two expert practitioners who have built solid years of experience in corporate housekeeping and corporate services. Tristan Catindig has been in corporate law practice for more than 40 years. For 26 years, he became a senior partner and head of Corporate Services Department at SyCip Salazar Hernandez and Gatmaitan. This special program will also feature Adrian Bustos, a tax and corporate lawyer specializing in corporate tax planning, tax assessments, investments, securities, corporate housekeeping and commercial transactions. Currently, he is the president of a tax, accounting and consultancy firm, the CFO of an IT company delivering business solutions globally and a consultant to several companies and firms.
This program will teach board directors, secretaries, and lawyers the knowledge and professional skills on how to be an effective corporate secretary and how to perform the functions of corporate housekeeping. Sample forms, resolutions, documents, contracts, and other useful reference materials will be provided.
