BeautéDerm unveils newest perfume line, launches male ambassador
Beauty and skin-care company BeautéDerm had a jam-packed April as it launched its freshest perfume line and welcomed its newest brand ambassador, actor Arjo Atayde.
The company, recognized for its whitening soaps, lotions, facial-care kits and other bleaching products, is now providing its male customers a new perfume line called The ORIGIN SERIES, which flaunts Alpha, Dawn and Radax scents.
According to the brand, the perfume scents were carefully crafted and mixed with oils from France, ensuring a longlasting scent that is light, non-sticky and does not stain on fabrics.
BeautéDerm CEO and founder Rhea Anicoche-Tan shared that the group drew inspiration and took into consideration men’s various personalities as they formulated their first perfume collection.
“It is a given fact that everybody has diverse personalities. BeautéDerm wanted to come up with a series that would tap into three different markets at once. We wanted to release fresh, deep and clean scents that could be worn any day, by any man, according to his mood or style profile,” Tan said.
NEWEST BRAND AMBASSADOR
For Atayde, one of the generation’s rising stars, perfume is a “need,” emphasizing that it is a vital part of his self-care practice.
“There are two important things for me: number one is to take a shower and, number two, the perfume of choice,” Atayde revealed, adding that aside from keeping one fresh, perfume choice also displays a person’s personality.
When asked about what sets the brand’s newest scents apart from its competitors, Atayde points The ORIGIN SERIES’ “quality and lasting power.”
Meanwhile, Tan admitted that Atayde embodies the image of a BeautéDerm ambassador.
“At first glance, Arjo Atayde already looks the part. We’re trying to sell a perfume line, which ultimately meant that we had to choose the perfect ambassador who exuded not just style but someone who already looks like he smells good,” Tan shared.
“With a very versatile personality, Arjo stood out and fit the criteria that the brand had been looking for,” she added.
SPREADING BEAUTÉ, TRANSFORMING LIVES
Joining the lineup of budding local beauty brands, BeautéDerm has committed to provide its consumers with high-quality and eco-friendly product lines.
After its humble beginning in 2009, it has developed 60 safe and effective face, body and makeup products, as well as scented mists and perfume sprays. It has also established a network of partner distributors all over the country, giving opportunities to families.
“Apart from being a skin-care, perfume and beauty brand, BeautéDerm has provided livelihood for people who seek a better life,” Tan shared.

Now, the brand has begun expanding internationally, successfully opening its first international outlet at Lucky Plaza in Singapore. The beauty group will also launch on Bonham Road in Hong Kong on May 20.
