Conrad Manila appoints Daniel Patterson as executive chef
Conrad Manila announces the appointment of Daniel Patterson as executive chef, who will be responsible for the culinary operations of the hotel’s award-winning dining outlets: Brasserie on 3 and China Blue by Jereme Leung, C Lounge, Bru Coffee Bar, as well as its banqueting and catering services. Chef Daniel will also oversee the hotel’s in-room dining, banquets and catering events, including weddings and corporate events.

Chef Daniel has over 20 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience. He has consistently worked in five-star properties and Michelin two- and three-star rated establishments including: Chewton Glen Hotel (Hampshire, United Kingom) and Troisgos (Roanne, France).
Prior to his joining Conrad Manila, chef Daniel spent years across Southeast Asia including tours in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Europe and America. Chef Daniel also boasts of proper kitchen management training at the Culinary Institute of America.
Chef Daniel oversees Brasserie on 3, Conrad Manila’s premier all-day dining restaurant that serves an extensive buffet selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as an à la carte menu. The outlet offers an innovative menu with an emphasis on the finest seasonal produce, with organic, locally, and sustainably sourced ingredients taking center stage. The open kitchen and live cooking stations add to the vibrant atmosphere, and the restaurant features both indoor and outdoor terrace dining as well as two private dining rooms that can seat 12 persons each.
