Big Pasay card opens with 80 fights

More than 80 fights are on tap as big-time cockfighting resumes at Pasay City Cockpit today with the staging of the Triple J Farms and Mitch five-cock derby.

Partners Jervy Maglunob and Noel Cosico of Laguna, recent winners of the National Cockers Alliance derby, will host the event backed by Sagupaan Superfeeds and Complexor 3000.

Maglunob and Cosico are also regular members of the Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association (LGBA).

The list of participants include Gov. Ito Ynares of NCA, Patrick Antonio, Tony Antonio, Tony Lasala, Arman Santos, Rey Soberano, Charlie Ang and Gerry Ramos of Pitmasters group.

Meanwhile, the PCC will next host the Kaboodle threecock derby on May 25, followed by the Sentenciador fourcock derby on June 1, the Ace and Marie three-cock derby on June 8 and the NML San Luis four-cock derby on June 15.
