Buhay oral school enrollment starts
After its closing rites last March, the Maria Lena Buhay Memorial Foundation Inc., the first oral school for hearing impaired children in the Philippines, continues to open its doors to young hearing impaired children who would like to learn through Oralism education.
In its 30-year history, the Early & Academic Intervention Program of the school has helped improved the verbal and written communication skills of countless hearing impaired children from toddler level until Grade 7.
Its speech-based English Language instruction complemented by its music and auditory training are among the unique features of the oral school’s curriculum.
