Seminar on writing minutes of meetings

-

A meeting loses its value and wastes time if it is not documented in the correct manner. With the current climate of greater accountability of board directors and management in decisions made during meetings, every organization needs trained experts with the right skills to take minutes effectively.

To make meetings efficient and outcomes effective, the Center for Global Best Practices will host a rerun of its best-selling program titled, “Masterclass on Writing Minutes of Meetings” on June 22, 2018 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City.

This program is for members of the board, directors, corporate secretaries, management committees, minute takers and anyone who would like to document and to formalize their meetings. Modules include a step-bystep guide in preparation for the meeting, during and after the meeting. This is the only program guaranteed to cultivate a culture of effectiveness and efficiency fitted to any kind of workplace.

This best practices program will feature Atty. Mia Gentugaya, who was senior partner and is presently counsel at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan law offices. Her specializations include banking, finance and securities, foreign investments and corporations. She has been cited as one of the leading lawyers in the AsiaLaw Profiles, the International Financial Law Review’s Guide to the World’s International Business Law Firms, the International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers and Chambers and Partners AsiaPacific Leading Lawyers for Business.
