WOMAN AND THE MOON CYCLE YOGA SERIES

The six-week (June 7, 14, 21, July 5, 12, 19) yoga series is designed to know how to deal with these natural emotional fluctuations and learn how to use yogic teachings regarding the menstrual cycle and menopause, meditation, and the concept of women as Grace of God. Each class includes various elements of the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga such as breathing exercises (pranayama), kriyas (yoga poses), mudras (hand positions) chanting, meditation and more. Sound healing using a gong will be played at the end of the class. Men are welcome to join to learn more about how to take better care of the women who matter most to them.
