Greenfield District unveils new developments at Mandaluyong City
At the heart of Mandaluyong City, the landmark Greenfield District once again spurs development in the area with the recent unveiling of new milestones that are positioned to further achieve Greenfield Development Corporation’s (GDC) vision of building a smart, integrated, and future-ready urban community.
The completion of Zitan transitoriented residential development and the launching of the highly anticipated Greenfield Tower office building are two of the foremost additions to the 15-hectare Greenfield District master-plan together with the newly rehabilitated Williams Street.
“We are excited to share with the public the latest milestones in the continuous evolution of Greenfield District, which stand as testaments to our steadfast commitment to develop land for the welfare of generations of Filipino families,” said Atty. Duane A.X. Santos, Greenfield executive vice president and general manager.
Zitan’s promise of a convenient, nature-rich, and “walkable” lifestyle is now a reality for residents with its recent completion and now ready for move-in status. The high-rise condominium has a direct link to the MRT Shaw Boulevard Station that make going around the metro easier for urban dwellers.
For businesses and professionals, the Greenfield Tower is a 30-storey high-rise office building along Mayflower Street that will present companies and locators with state-of-the-art features that are designed to suit BPO-specific requirements. The new corporate headquarters of GDC will have amenities such as function rooms and an exclusive restaurant at the 30th floor, and will be infused with Greenfield District’s trademark fibre-tothe-home framework that will provide unparalleled internet connectivity for the convenience of businesses.
Williams Street, meanwhile, is newly transformed to further shape the urban landscape of the district into one that is smart and connected. The secure, convenient, and comfortable passageway will serve as a vital connection for both vehicles and pedestrians to the main EDSA thoroughfare near the EDSA Central transport hub.
“These are milestones that demonstrate our unrelenting optimism in the Philippine property sector and our confidence in the potential of Philippine cities to thrive. This is why we continue to build on our developments—guided by our promise of developing with respect for the environment combined with innovations to be able to stay relevant in the future,” said Santos.
The inaugural celebration of these development milestones at Greenfield District coincided with a similar event at Greenfield City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna that further validated how the developer continuously works on enhancing cities to achieve its vi- sion of contributing to progressive and sustainable urban landscapes.
At Greenfield City, the developer launched Zadia, a midrise, low-density enclave, and Trava, an ultra-upscale subdivision that is the first project of the new Greenfield Deluxe which is GDC’s high-end brand.
GDC also completed the alternate route of Eton-Greenfield Interchange in Malitlit town, as well as the Greenfield City-Unilab (formerly Mamplasan) and Sta. Rosa interchanges to improve ease of access in going in and around Sta. Rosa, Laguna. These roads also improve access to Greenfield City’s residential, business, and industrial hubs for homeowners and professionals. Some of these are the Paseo de Santa Rosa outlet stores, the Santa Rosa Business Park, and Solen and Pramana residential communities that precede Trava and Zadia.
“With these milestones, we look forward to the usual enthusiasm we have enjoyed from the market of discerning Filipino homebuyers, and we in turn remain committed to our goal of providing the best value for their money in terms of a long-term store of value—again, for generations to come,” concluded Santos.
