Learn how to manage construction projects
Build and sell, considered one of the most profitable businesses in the real estate industry, is a highly attractive investment alternative for would-be builders and developers. However, managing and supervising a building construction project is so complicated that many aspiring builders are deterred because of lack of knowledge, experience and techniques. Many of those who prematurely tried and ventured suffered losses and gained sad experiences.
To be able to provide the detailed and extensive educational need of all wouldbe and starting builders and developers, the Urban Institute of Real Estate will conduct a 21-weekly-session mentoring course on construction project management and construction supervision from July 21 to Dec. 8, 1:30 to 7:00 p.m., at the Asian Institute of Management Conference Center, Makati City.
Main lecturer is Enrico Cruz, an engineer with more than 45 years experience in real estate, construction, management and education. A licensed real estate consultant, he ranked first and eighth in the real estate appraiser’s and broker’s board examinations, respectively, and was invested as a “Real Estate Fellow” by the Philippine Council of Real Estate Educators. The legal aspect, covering contract management, safety rules, and labor laws will be handled by professor Rex Enrico Cruz III.
