Great bargain nds at new outlet mall along Silang-Tagaytay

-

Acienda Designer Outlet in the Silang-Tagaytay growth hub is being developed with aesthetic elements that evoke the feeling of shopping for the best bargains in a picturesque setting.

The mall, which is slated to open this Aug. 2, features four distinct architectural themes. The design’s distinct Spanish, French, Italian and New England style elements are guaranteed to push more Instagram feeds and perhaps even inspire home makeovers.

With the opening of Acienda Designer Outlet, one no longer needs to fly out for thousands of miles to experience world-class outlet shopping, nor convert currency to euros or pounds as peso bills will work just fine.

Shopping at Acienda is different compared to stand-alone outlet shops as it brings not only the best kind of retail high, but a full lifestyle experience through generous plazas and themed streets. There are nooks and spots that are designed to invite shoppers to snap away on their phone cameras for future references as style pegs, with elements of design that are carefully curated to give the feel of browsing along the shops of modern Europe.

Adding to the whole European experience is a French-style food and beverage section with a towering windmill as the central icon. There is so much to see and do among the 100 shops, dining outlets, and open spaces within this 20-hectare shopping Mecca located right in the heart of Silang, Cavite.

“Acienda Designer Outlet is a world-class project due to its distinct shopping environment,” said Jeffrey Ng, president of Cathay Land Inc., which also developed another worldclass project, South Forbes Golf City also in Silang. “It is also fitting because it will house top-notch brands that will now be more accessible to Filipinos and tourists.”

Chris Milliken, co-founder and commercial director of Freeport Retail UK, said that he is proud of what the team has set to accomplish, which is to bring the best elements of European-style architecture to the Philippines.
