The demands of the fashion and beauty industry are changing fast – can you keep up? Globe Telecom, in partnership with Saga Events Inc., presents stylefestph, a fashion and beauty festival that brings both industries together with business in one platform.
From September 7-9, this festival will have three major activities: “stylespotting” the next big trend in Philippine fashion and beauty as the country’s most influential designers and brands take their latest creations to the runway at the home of stylefestph the Grand Hyatt Manila; creating a “stylespace” for local and international fashion and beauty retailers, manufacturers, and suppliers in a three-day exposition at the Globe Iconic (Bonifacio High Street Amphitheatre) designed and curated to seamlessly connect digital and physical retailers; and learning from innovative thinkers in the fashion and beauty industry, digital retailers, and influencers in “styletalks” as they discuss and share their thoughts on their industry’s hottest and most relevant topics during exclusive talks at the Grand Hyatt Manila. The goal is to give local designers and design students, local brands, and young content creators a platform to showcase their talents and merchandise to a local and international audience.
Stylefestph also has its Designer Mentorship Program, giving the opportunity of a lifetime to eight winners – all emerging designers who will be mentored by the stylecouncil, an esteemed group of fashion experts and mentors namely wonder.ph EIC Sarah Santiago, makeup artist Jigs Mayuga, head of Globe Lifestyle Leah de Guzman, designer Inno Sotto, Zalora co-founder and CEO Paulo Campos, Fashion Exchange International cofounder Carmina Sanchez-Jacob, and stylist Pam Quiñones. Their collections will be released in zalora.com.ph and 0917 Lifestyle sold at Globe stores and at shop.globe.com.ph.
