Sam Smith (photo) is set to return to Manila with his The Thrill Of It All Tour on Oct. 5 at the Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena.

Too Good At Goodbyes, the first single off the sophomore album The Thrill of It All saw global success hitting No. 1 in the UK and Global Spotify Charts, No. 1 in the UK and US iTunes charts and entering the official UK charts at No. 1 making it Sam’s sixth UK No. 1 single. Ahead of release, Sam has also shared tracks Pray which he performed on Saturday Night Live, and the most personal song he has ever written, Burning.

Released via Capitol Records, the latest single off the new album is One Last Song — a track Sam wrote as a final wave goodbye to the person that inspired his breakout debut record In the Lonely Hour.

The Thrill of It All sees Sam once again working alongside close friend and long-term collaborator Jimmy Napes as well as Timbaland, Malay, Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd and Stargate. The album also sees Sam collaborate with unsigned artist, YEBBA for their breathtaking track No Peace.

This year, Sam embarks on his UK, European and Asia Arena Tour including the Philippines — his biggest headline shows to date. Commencing in Sheffield, the tour will include dates across the UK, concluding with four dates in London’s O2 Arena. The tour continues across Europe finishing his tour in Lisbon’s Altice Arena. It’s been over three years since Sam’s debut album In The Lone Hour was released. Since then, he has become one of the biggest acts on the planet with over 12 million global album sales and an array of impressive awards including Academy Award, Golden Globe, Billboard Awards as Best Song, Top Male Artist, Top New Artist and Top Radio Songs Artist. He also bagged Grammy’s as Best New Artist, Stay with Me for Record of the Year and Song of the Year, and In the Lonely Hour for Best Pop Vocal Album, among others.

At the 2015 Brit Awards, Sam won the awards for British Breakthrough Act and Global Success. At the 2015 Billboard Music Awards, his musical achievements have also led him to be mentioned twice in the Guinness

World Records for holding the record for first James Bond theme to reach No. 1 in the UK charts and maintaining its spot in the Top 10 of the UK Album Charts last 2014.
