PCC holds big derby bash today

The Pasay City Cockpit marks its 32nd anniversary today with a blockbuster four-cock derby card featuring the winning lines of some of the country’s leading breeders.

More than 100 fights are on top in the season-ending event backed by Sagupaan Superfeeds and Complexor 3000. Entry fee is P11,000.

The PCC has staged 114, 95, 82 and 76 fights in the last four derbies, respectively, according to PCC pit manager Gerald Go.

Meanwhile, the Luzon Breeders Cup nine-stag derby will be held July 20 and 27 and Aug. 3 (set A) and Aug. 10, 13 and 17 (set B). Up for grabs is P5.5 million prize on an entry fee of P7,000 and minimum bet of P4,400.
