Yearly expo strengthens Philippines’ business ties with China
The current administration has been very vocal with its thrust toward fostering stronger economic ties with neighboring Asian countries, China among them. This move proved to be very beneficial to the Philippines’ economy, as evidenced by numerous reports that had been published since President Duterte started his term.
Organizers behind the longest-running China machinery show couldn’t be more thankful for the support that opened up from the government.
Now on its 14th year, the China Machinery and Electronics Brand Show is yet again setting the stage to open trade opportunities – connecting Chinese manufacturers with potential local distributors and importers. The expo is set to happen on Aug. 16 to 18, at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. Those interested to visit the show can register online at www.globallinkmp.com.
Global-Link MP Events International Inc., together with the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME), are working hand-in-hand to ensure that the event surpasses its steady-growing statistics over the years. In the past year, the expo was visited by more than 18,000 visitors in its three-day run.
“We are very pleased with the yearly results of the show that is why we keep on coming back. The Chinese delegation has nothing but good words to say to the organizers – very good quality and quantity of visitors is consistent year after year…the potential is very big in the Philippines,” said Zhang Yujing, president of CCCME.
This year, the show will feature the following product segments: power and electrical products, machinery, automobile, hardware tools, and household electric appliances.
Aside from the expo, there will also be business-to-business matching sessions. For participation and other details, you may contact the local event manager, Global-Link MP Events International Inc. through Liza Mara, email: liza.
